Yixing New Energy launches professional technical training for new employees

On July 20th, the special orientation training for new employees, conducted by four teachers from Wuhan University of Technology, was successfully concluded. This training lasted for 3 weeks, with courses mainly focusing on knowledge related to glass technology and thermal engineering in the glass industry. Some technical personnel also attended the training as auditors.
Li Maogang, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered an important speech. He first elaborated on the company's general situation, introducing in detail the company's development characteristics, business philosophy, product advantages and future R&D directions. The training featured a tight schedule and rich content, with main courses including *Definition and Properties of Glass*, *Preparation and Production of Glass*, *Fundamentals and Equipment of Oxy-Fuel Combustion Glass Thermal Engineering*, and *Glass Defects and Testing Methods*. The lecturers were responsible and well-prepared, systematically explaining theoretical knowledge with abundant charts and a large amount of detailed data in a vivid and illustrative way, and connecting theories with practice through lively cases. In the end, all trainees achieved good results in the training test, meeting the expected objectives.
The purpose of this training is to improve the professional and technical level of the company's employees.
