b. Time for obtaining bidding documents: From March 8, 2024 to March 14, 2024, every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Beijing time, excluding statutory holidays).
4、 Information related to bidding and bid opening
a. Bid deadline and opening time: 10:00 am on March 15, 2024 (subject to change on the company website)
b. Determine the winning bid result time: after the evaluation is completed
