Longhai Glass adheres to the method of "going out and inviting in" and increases the education and training of employees' professional and technical knowledge through various forms such as centralized training, continuously improving their business skills and overall literacy to meet the demand for various technical talents in its strategic development.
Due to the construction of the Longhai Glass information display ultra-thin substrate production line project closely following the Japanese ultra-thin glass process technology standards, as well as facing new design concepts such as melting furnaces, tin tanks, annealing furnaces, and cold ends, and the actual situation of using a large number of new materials, technologies, and equipment in engineering projects, it is necessary to have a high-quality workforce that matches it to manage and control it, in order to achieve the expected goals. To achieve this goal, Longhai Glass has increased its training efforts for employees' business skills through various forms since April this year, carefully building a skilled, high-quality, and excellent work style industrial workforce. One is to use external forces to improve the quality of employees. According to the spirit of the "Notice on Improving the Skills of Industrial Workers in Luoyang City in 2018", Longhai Glass has applied for three learning classes for robot operation and maintenance, electric welders, and maintenance electricians based on its own work needs. A total of 20 employees have registered to participate (according to the arrangement of Luoyang City, the organization of employees will participate in the learning). The second is to adhere to the method of "going out and inviting in" and increase the intensity of business skills training. Organized participation in three training courses in Luoyang, including national policy learning and training for "high-tech enterprises" and "small and medium-sized technology enterprises", mobilization meeting for the "National Tax Skills Competition and Tax Law Promotion Activity", and "Robot Exchange and Operation Expo", with 15 participants in the exchange. Inviting professional and technical personnel from Shanghai to teach professional knowledge such as "Smart Factory Construction" and "Structure and Principles of Online Testing Equipment" to more than 50 production technical backbones, product quality inspectors, and equipment management personnel at the factory; Inviting the director of the technical center, Guo Wei, and others to the factory to teach professional knowledge such as "glass market development trends and glass technology" and "kiln structure and masonry standards". 44 production technology backbones and staff received education and training. Thirdly, distribute books and magazines to enhance the ability of self-learning and education. In accordance with the spirit of the "Plan for Conducting a Comprehensive Learning Activity for All Employees to Improve Literacy and Enhance Skills" issued by Luobo Corporation, Longhai Glass distributed 20 professional books and periodicals to 20 cadres at or above the department level, and wrote their experiences and insights while learning. The fourth is to follow the shift, communicate and exchange with the construction site process and technical personnel, constantly digest and absorb new knowledge and technologies, and learn from each other to improve.
